The oral surgeon that removed my tooth was wonderful. She and her assistant talked me through the procedure. I don’t know their names. I very highly recommend this facility.

I had an amazing experience getting my wisdom teeth removed. SALLY AND ANGIE were my dentist and they both were excellent from beginning to end. I was very nervous because I always been scared of anything that has to do with my mouth... but let me tell you I felt inside that I was in good hands.. when I had told them I was feeling nautious they got me some medicine and I felt better and was able to get my wisdom teeth removed. They deffenetly made this process seem so easy! Grateful I was in there hands. Sally was very professional and Angie was very nice great duo!

I had an appointment to have a molar removed, everyone was awesome. the ladies at the front dest were great. I Was assigned Dr. Joshua Clarke who I at first thought was a tech, Dr. Clarke was amazing and explained the process of what was going to happen before and after the procedure. I can't thank him enough.

I don't know about you, but I really need my dental care to be done by people who know how to actually care about me. It may sound like a lot, but I have a lot of trauma from dental care, so it's really important to care for me as well as my teeth. (it's not like the teeth aren't part of the body.) So I'm mostly reviewing this place on how they care for patients, and not on their technical work, which is done by residents under supervision. I will note that the oral surgeons have assistants, so at least if you go for an extraction you won't be expected to hold your own suction tube. Care: first, the staff is barely civil to the razor's edge of rudeness. You are expected to do a new intake every year, and those intakes are generally set several months in advance. Once you get your intake done, it's not too hard to schedule appointments to follow up. But the wait for that intake is a doozy. As for the dentists/surgeons: you probably will get a different dentist every time you go, so don't expect to form a relationship with your dentist. Some of them have good bedside manner; some don't. The place has a good sized waiting room. Don't try to go an early appointment, or you will find yourself waiting in the lobby outside the waiting area, standing for however long it takes for them to open the clinic and then you will have to wait on line with the rest of the mob waiting in that lobby. It's ridiculous. It's disabled accessible - first floor, no steps, wide doorways and hallways. Chairs in the waiting room are fairly large, but they have arms.
