GENERAL DENTAL SERVICES

Dr Fraenkel is one of the best doctors in the Bronx. I have always had my cleanings done here since I was a boy and I have never been to any other dental office. I had a Root canal treatment and crown done in my lower right molar. They were prompt with their pre authorization to my insurance and everything was finished within two weeks. I’ve never been happier and my smile has never been brighter. Thank you to Dr Fraenkel and the staff Rachel and Darlene are truly the best. I will miss you guys since I’ll be moving to Montana but my heart will always be with GDS. God bless

Dr Fraenkel is the best dentist in the Bronx. His staff Rachel and Darlene was were both courteous and helpful. I was a victim of crime and had my teeth damaged. They implemented a treatment plan with Dr Fraenkel and with crime victims services and all my work was paid for even though I didn’t have insurance. Thank God for GDS. Thank God for Dr Fraenkel.

Had a dental emergency and had my follow up and future work done here. Extremely professional, efficient and friendly staff and Dentists who pay attention to detail, answer all questions clearly to work out care. Highly recommend.

these people are not sympathetic whatsoever!! me and my brother ( on different appts) had severe anxiety attacks and they seemed annoyed! i had a severe anxiety attack in the chair and the dental assistants proceeded to hold me down like a psych patient to keep me still from shaking intensely due to my anxiety; and my brother who has autism they proceeded to be impatient and rushed him to kick him out the room! i will never never recommend this place EVER!

I called and asked them if my mouth guard was ready to pick up so I could get it before work, they said yes you can come pick it up, I EVEN ASKED THEM TO DOUBLE CHECK, they even put me on hold, checked, came back and told me yes I can come. I literally ubered there so I could pick it up before going to work, I get there and I wait for THIRTY MINUTES. 3 0 minutes for a mouth guard which btw, I did not leave with because THEY COULD NOT FIND IT. So I ubered all the way there, wasted 30mins and $40, got late for work waiting, TO LEAVE EMPTY HANDED. This is the second time this clinic had me leaving crying out of frustration. I CALLED. I CALLED AND CONFIRMED BEFORE COMING. EVEN ASKED THEM TO CHECK AND THEY ACTED LIKE THEY DID. Just for them to tell me THEY CANT FIND IT CAUSE “ITS A MESS”. Mind you they didn’t even tell me anything, I HAD TO GO BOTHER ANOTHER PERSON at the desk to go and check (after the first that lady checked me in went on break, and after the second lady I spoke to after waiting 20mins went to go check and never came back) and she thankfully came back and told us the truth (which was that they never checked and could not find it) because the TWO PEOPLE that I initially spoke to literally didn’t even come back to tell me anything. This place is so unprofessional, unorganized and it’s so messed up that this is the kind of service that us residents from the Bronx are given. I wasted TIME AND MONEY and left with NOTHING.
