The front desk staff is so welcoming . Office is clean. The staff in the back X-ray technician hygienist and then the dentist oh wow so professional made me feel so comfortable and Not afraid. If you looking for a new dentist I recommend you see this dentist first. . I am a new patient .
Staff are professional and friendly. Dr Aknouk did a great job with my teeth (receive porcelain crowns) and the hygienest also does a great job cleaning.
Just came out of their office. I have never been this furious and frustated over customer service in my life.
At first they once refused to serve me because I was late for 1hour. Understandable, I went back with extreme tooth pain and waited about a month to get the root canal. Today, my sister had appointment for 11am and waited there till 12.45 to hear that their stupid specialist leaving and she has to come back after a week.
Why would you overbook people and waste their valuable time if you can't provide service that they are paying for??
I came for crown, and the doctor keeps going out in the middle of treatment, not once, not twice 4 times to speak to receptionist or somebody.
Do I not mean anything to you??

Please do not go here!!!!!!! There is no reason to catch anxiety before you even get here. 1st time I waited over 2 hours and the dentist spends less than 1 min with you and thats literally the 2nd time they didnt even book my appointment right. They booked me for exrays when it should have been for a cleaning. The 2nd time was me giving them a chance to right their wrong because everyone has bad days but 2 times messing up, i will pay out of pocket before I go here again!!!!!! Screw coming here because of my insurance. Please dont do it!
I visited this office in December for a scaling and X-rays. The dentist recommended a tooth extraction and referred me to a specialist. During that visit, the staff specifically asked for my pharmacy information to send over a prescription, but it was never sent. I checked with my pharmacy multiple times over the following days, and they had nothing.
I called back recently to resolve this so I could finally move forward with my surgery. Instead of fixing their original mistake, the office insisted I schedule (and pay for) a brand-new appointment just to get the prescription that was promised months ago. Even though nothing has changed with my dental needs, they refused to follow through without another visit. It feels like a way to charge for an unnecessary appointment rather than providing the care they originally agreed to. I will be looking for a different dentist who actually values their patients’ time and health.
