I have started dental treatment here last week and this is the best dentist ever!!! My overall experience was extremely pleasant and painless!!! Both dentist I seen at this location went above and beyond to make sure that my process was comfortable, painless and fast. The staff here are very pleasant and value your opinion. Today I completed 5 visits worth of work in one visit. If you’re looking for a dentist please book PURA DENTAL AT BAINBRIDGE!!! They care about their patients and give each one the individual courtesy, respect and treatment that they deserve.
Dr Abraham is the BEST & nicest dentist I’ve ever had in my life! (& im terrified of dentists) but he makes me feel so comfortable, i know im in good hands, safe. He goes over & beyond for his patients.

Pura Dental Center @ Bainbridge Ave in The Bronx is an amazing place. The staff is polite, and the dentist is amazing. I was looking for a dental place where I felt comfortable going, and I found it with Pura Dental. I recommend this place. I also arrived earlier than my appointment time and was seen early. I'm also happy with the work they did on my teeth. My dental experience was great. I will be going back, and this will be my go-to dental place.
On my first time visit and the wait time was a bit long for me. I waited like 45 minutes just to do x-rays then about another 40 minutes to be called again to see the dentist. Hopefully next visit I won't wait so long. I liked how the dentist identified herself which no one else did so I appreciated that. She also explained what she was doing and how we would proceed moving forward. So overall it was a decent visit. I also would like to suggest maybe adding a few more chairs in the waiting area. There is definitely not enough chairs for the amount of people that are in and out. I myself have chronic back problems in which I cannot stand no more than 5 minutes without being in pain so that may be an issues for me at times where there's no where to sit. On my 2nd visit I got there early and there was only 2 ppl in the waiting area and I was called right away. So this visit was much better than the first one and I was happy with the Dr and techs. I think I will continue to go there.
I'm a type of person that like to give people the benefit of the doubt and give chances. The staff was great. I went in for a crown the first was too white to match my other teeth, too wide and horrible. I returned to get it fixed again. The 2nd looked way better. Even they noticed it. Everything looks perfect in the clinic, but once you out of the clinic, it looks totally different. I had to go in again so they could fix the bite because it's grinding on the back of the crown because it's thick. I gave a dentist there 2 chances the third time I wanted to see someone else. But guess what, you can't because that's the dentist work. You feel like a prisoner and can't change your dentist to look into and fix it. They first said yes and then date of appointment they are requesting a letter. How can you be trapped with someone who had 2 chances n did it wrong to do it again a 3rd time. It should have been done perfectly on the first try. You explain it to the dentist, and they get an attitude because you want something corrected. Why get mad if you did the job wrong, not I. Now, I have to look for a new dentist to fix the error. Because none of their other dentist can't. Ridiculous.
