From the time i called to make the appointment to the AMAZING receptionists (i mean from the bottom of my heart thank you 🙏🏽 you know who u are) to the xray tech to the person i saw before the lady who did the cleaning! If i could give more than 5 stars I definitely would. The dentist office terrifies me which probably explains the damge im trying to rectify but this dental office is by far THEE best… would definitely recommend.
I had an amazing experience at Robert W. Frankel, D.M.D., P.C. & Associates. From the moment I walked in, the entire dental staff was welcoming, professional, and made me feel completely comfortable. They went above and beyond by expediting my crown, which I truly appreciated, and the entire process was smooth and stress-free. The level of care, efficiency, and attention to detail was outstanding. Everyone was kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for excellent dental care.
I’ve been going to Dr. Frankel’s office since I was a child, and I can honestly say they have always been kind, welcoming, and incredibly professional. From the moment you walk in, you’re treated like family. The entire staff is knowledgeable, attentive, and truly cares about making sure you feel comfortable and leave with a smile.
The office itself is clean, modern, and located in a beautiful area, which adds to the overall experience. They are efficient, organized, and always make sure your dental care is handled with the highest level of attention. One thing I really appreciate is how well they work with different insurance plans, making everything smooth and stress-free.
My mom brought me here growing up, and now it feels like a tradition—my whole family has trusted them for years. It’s rare to find a dentist you can truly rely on, but Dr. Frankel and the team have always made me feel confident that I’m in great hands.

Great experience at our family dental office. The tall light-skinned woman in the blue hat showed real professionalism and care, especially with my daughter and son who were nervous. She calmed them, gave them confidence, and made the whole visit smooth. Because of her and the team, this is where my family will keep coming for our dental care.
I took my toddler here after being told it was a good dental office. The front desk staff was brash and not welcoming. The dental hygienist was nice. The first dentist told me use natural toothpaste for child. I told dentist concerns about strength of teeth due to me breastfeeding for a long time. She dismissed my concerns. I went for a follow up, this new dentist came off judgmental and said child has two cavities, we don't handle that here. I explained to her what was previously told to me about the toothpaste, she brushed me off and was very cold. Ordinarily, I would've given dentist a piece of my mind but I kept cool because I don't want my child to see me in that state.
I asked for further help, she was DRY and arrogant. Gave me a paper of listing of dental offices. I clearly wanted more guidance and she was cold. I said my child is small, is there anything else. She was dry and smug. I asked if she had kids ( because she was just so offputting and I thought a mother may relate), she responded " I have five" then walked off with an attitude. An office that deals with children, yet can't be bothered to be welcoming or pleasant.
