The dentist explained what she was going to do and looking out for my comfort. She was gentle and pleasant throughout the process. I would recommend it to all my friends. From the very first phone call, Shanelle made a difference by letting me know about a same-day cancellation and helping me get in quickly when I was dealing with tooth pain. That alone meant a lot. When I arrived, the entire team continued that same level of care. Makayla, the dental assistant, was incredibly kind and supportive, helping me feel at ease throughout the visit. I’ve had dental anxiety in the past, but this was one of the few times I felt calm and comfortable during treatment. Dr. Etomi was excellent—professional, thorough, and very clear in explaining what was going on without making me feel overwhelmed. I was treated the same day with X-rays and a composite filling, and the process was handled with care and patience. Jeanette at the front desk was also amazing. I had asked upfront to be informed about all costs before anything was charged, and she respected that completely. She took the time to break everything down clearly, answered my questions, and made sure I was comfortable before moving forward. What stood out most is how well this office works together—it truly feels like a well-run, supportive team that values both professionalism and patient comfort. After a previous dental experience elsewhere where I was quoted an overwhelming amount for treatment, this visit was not only more reasonable but also far more compassionate and transparent. I’m very grateful I found this practice and would highly recommend them—especially to anyone who has anxiety about going to the dentist.

Best Dentist ever !! Fast & efficient . All the staff are caring and professional. I’ve been looking for a dentist to perform my root canal for 6 months, I found Eastchester dental and My root canal was scheduled in 2 weeks. No more pain.
