Premier Family Dentistry

I have had quite a few horrible experiences going to the dentist and this initial visit was very good. The staff was accommodating and professional. The dentist was direct, honest and patient, as well as kind. I just wish I had found them sooner.

Well, My appointment was at 10:00 its a 6 min walk from my home, after my filling out paperwork, having x rays and my consultation. I was told I needed extensive work but it was work my insurance company was lying about being willing to pay. HE stated this is America and everyone lies. The implants which are clearly being advertised all over the office are not available to me though this office , even though I had already discussed this in detailed with my insurance company previsit. I'm not exactly sure why I was referred somewhere else but I do have my suspicion.. The staff and even the dentist was nice enough, the office was a bit shabby, space heaters and old decor but what bothered me most was the "cleaning" it was all of 5 min at best. This dentist was very obviously not intrested in doing the work that I required. I was back home at 10:37...go figure.. I wonder how much he billed my insurance that lies and doesn't pay...Lol

Made an appointment 6 months ago!! Even called and confirmed the appointment a couple weeks ago! Walk in for my appointment that I’ve had for 6 months and was told the doctor has a 3 hour procedure and I was not on the schedule…. HOW?! When the appointment was made 6 MONTHS AGO!! Was met with a nasty attitude and no sense of empathy just an oh well stink nasty attitude. Glad I’m moving and won’t be recommending to others. The doctor is a cool guy… front desk? Get new people

You will continue to lose business for you because you treat your patience horribly!! My son who has HEART FAILURE, followed everything they said to do , to get dental service for the hole in his tooth! He got the paperwork from Montefior heart doctors, he brought in the approval from the Heart doctor to see this Dentist. He brought the paperwork and the secretary or the lady at the front desk keeps giving my son the runaround !! She is A very Very lazy woman!! SHE SHOULD BE FIRED 🔥. She’s making this Dentist look real bad to the customers with her laziness ! She is very very unprofessional. Who hired this woman? Every time my Son calls , she keeps saying come next week or she’ll say “ I forgot “, this woman has amnesia and she’s the one at the front desk. So you get a minus one star -⭐️
