Miss Yvonne has been the nicest and knowledgeable person in this Gynecologist office I ever met. Very polite and friendly and patient. Both receptionists as well as Stephanie. It’s a pleasure be able to experience such amazing people.

Janet was absolutely the most amazing person that attended me. She was very understanding, extremely patient and knowledgeable! This was in the urgent care. I wish she was my primary care! I recommend anyone to go to her 100/100

I like it but the Drs are not putting through the meds for prior authorization that need it!!!!. THATS A SERIOUS PROBLEM. I'VE ONLY HAD 2 DRS THAT ACTUALLY DID DO IT, ALL THE OTHERS MAKE EXCUSES PASSING THE BLAME. NOT ACCEPTABLE AND IM ON IT!!!! Mine are maintenance medication s!!!

This place is a literal Nightmare. Worst Clinic I have ever attended in my life. Went there for a physical and the place was disorganized, dirty, and the staff was rude. Even though my insurance should have covered the visit I got call to pay for labs. I did pay so that they would stop calling me but they keep calling to bill me again. I asked for specifics this time and they were trying to bill me for female sexual reproductive services and labs even though I am a male patient. I called for a refund since these services were not just rendered, they would be impossible to render. They never refunded me and instead kept calling and harrassing me to pay for these services. This place is a literal Nightmare.

I’ve had the absolute most ridiculous experience at this primary care. I had an appointment at 10am and was not seen until 11am. The primary care physician (nor most other staff) barely spoke English and could not even verbalize what type of imaging was being ordered. I asked her several questions about other things which she kept deferring. No physical assessment was done, she only listened to my heart and lungs. I’ve been to multiple primary care offices and never had an experience like this. The room also was cluttered with a bunch of random items as shown in the picture below.
