While the medical staff could work on their people skills, the dentist doctor is outstanding. Her expertise in her field is undeniable.
They became very poorly at managing this place seems like they do not want to work just want to get paid I’ve been going to this hospital since I was at least 9 10 years of age n I am currently 28 they have new workers n they make us wait on a long line before we can sit they move way to slow and when I call the hospital they never answer you have to call very early in the morning I’m guessing but I’m on hold with the hospital now while I’m writing this to reschedule an appointment n I’ve been waiting 37m on hold so far n I say this to say this is very disappointing because I didn’t think after all these years I would want to switch hospitals my doc was doc Lewis and she’s missed but since she no longer work there I feel no use for coming here ifs there’s no change I definitely will be switching to another hospital
The dentist did absolutely nothing for me. I was seen immediately, but only because I told them I had a dental emergency. The dentist felt around in my mouth with a sickle probe, but the way she pulled at my tooth was as if she was trying to see if it would budge or break. She cleaned one tooth, gave me antibiotics & told me I need to go to the dentist ASAP haha! I'm pretty sure I was charged for a dental cleaning. I was out of there in about 15 minutes. I wouldn't recommend them! Seems very shady
The absolute worst place to go, the unprofessionalism is beyond reality. However the actual 1 dentist is legit. This place needs a flush! Poor communications the staff is trash with flies & maggots, never again!!
I’ve been trying to get an Appointment with the GYN here for over a Month! I did a “Walk-In” because I was cramping (Pregnant) she didn’t even bother with me and sent me to the Emergency, I set up and Appointment and she Cancels literally an Hour Prior to my Appointment! They barely pick up the phone, this is the Clinics we have in the Hood especially when they’re “White” they don’t care about us! PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE! By the time they’ll see you, you’ll be Dead! WORST Clinic EVER!!! DO NOT COME HERE I BEG!
