Optimum Dental Care is by far the best dental office I’ve ever visited. The staff is incredibly welcoming and friendly, making every visit a great experience. I’ve been coming here for the past four months, and my dental health has significantly improved. As someone with Type 1 diabetes, I sometimes face challenges with my teeth, but the dentists here ensure I receive the best possible treatments. They go above and beyond to make procedures as painless and comfortable as possible. Over time, diabetes has taken a toll on my teeth, but this office gave me a brand-new smile as quickly as possible. I highly recommend Optimum Dental Care to everyone—especially those managing diabetes—to schedule a consultation today!

This has been my regular dentist office for a little bit over a decade. I’ve had many procedures and services done by them and they are always done flawlessly. The entire staff is friendly, supportive and very helpful. My cleaning was done this time by Dr. Assaedi, he was very gentle and attentive. Jill, one of the assistants, always does my x-rays and she makes sure it is quick and as comfortable as can be. Highly recommend!

Dr Williams, the oral surgeon and his assistant Jiillian were awesome. Admittedly I am terrified of the dentist and Jillian was patient, encouraging and supportive. She even gave me her hand while Dr William’s administered the anesthesia. I totally recommend. The entire staff Denise at the front. Everyone is awesome.

I’ve been going to this dentist office on and off for over 10 years, and I have to say that after the pandemic, the quality of care has gone completely downhill. At this point, it feels more like they care about making money than the actual well-being of their patients. Back in October 2025, I had a root canal procedure done. Less than a month later, the crown fell off while I was simply brushing my teeth. I went back to have it reattached, but I was still experiencing pain afterward. Then the crown fell off AGAIN in less than another month. Eventually, I decided to go somewhere else for a second opinion, and I was told that the root canal had not been cleaned properly. That explained why I was still in pain the entire time. On another occasion, I was told by Optimum that I needed extractions, and they removed two teeth on the bottom left side of my mouth. Every single visit after that, I was given the runaround about when I could finally get my implant procedure done. Nobody ever seemed to know anything. Ironically, every time they called me, it was never about replacing my missing teeth — it was always about scheduling another cleaning. Meanwhile, I was left dealing with pain, discomfort, and missing teeth for months. From September 2025 through January 2026, I dealt with pain from not having teeth on one side of my mouth while also dealing with a poorly done root canal on the other side. I would honestly like someone from Optimum to contact me and explain exactly where I’m giving false information in this review. I even have X-rays showing the root canal was not cleaned properly if anyone questions what I’m saying. To make matters worse, they called me again today. Did they finally call about the implants? Nope. Another call about a cleaning. This office seriously needs to improve patient care and communication.

Patients can expect to get disrespected, wait HOURS after their scheduled appointment times to get seen, and wait months between appointments to have their braces tightened. Do yourself a favor go somewhere else.
