My experience was truly a pleasant one. The ladies at the front desk was very pleasant and the wait time was so quick and easy. The Dentist assistants was so kind and caring. The Dentist was quick and so so kind he made my procedure a wonderful experience. Who go to a Dentist office and say that! After sitting and waiting to see if I was stable enough to leave i had to write them a note to say how thankful I was to each person that took care of me this morning. I'm thankful!

From the moment I walked into the Boston Road Oral Surgery office, my experience was nothing short of exceptional. The front desk staff immediately set the tone—warm, welcoming, and incredibly organized. They made the check-in process smooth and stress-free, answering my questions with patience and genuine kindness.
The X-ray technician was just as impressive. She was gentle, thorough, and took the time to explain each step, which really helped ease any nerves I had. It’s not always easy to feel comfortable during that part of a dental visit, but her professionalism and calming energy made all the difference.
As for the dental surgeon—truly outstanding. His level of expertise, precision, and care was evident from start to finish. He took the time to walk me through the procedure, made sure I felt comfortable and informed, and carried out everything with such skill and confidence that I felt completely at ease.
Overall, this team operates at a level of excellence that’s hard to find. Every interaction felt thoughtful and intentional, and it’s clear they genuinely care about their patients’ comfort and experience. I’m beyond grateful and would highly recommend this office to anyone in need of oral surgery.

Today was my first visit and I was somewhat apprehensive because of the negative reviews.
The front staff was polite and professional.
The Dentist explained to me the issue that I had and made suggestions about possible treatments/procedures.
Overall I am satisfied with the care that I received.
Came here for the first time because my wisdom tooth was hurting. The staff were friendly, and the procedure went smoothly. My only issue was that I came in expecting to have both bottom wisdom teeth removed since I had taken time off work, but I was told they could only remove one. I agreed because I was already there and in pain, not because it was my preference. Afterward, I saw reviews from other patients who had two or even four wisdom teeth removed in one visit, which made the explanation I received confusing. If I had known beforehand that only one would be removed, I would have chosen a different office. Better communication before the appointment would have made a big difference.
