Excellent customer service from the moment I walked in. Everyone at the front desk was welcoming and professional. A special thank you to Amaris, the dental assistant, who was kind, attentive, and made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. Dr. Titleman was outstanding knowledgeable, and efficient.
I did have a wait of about an hour and a half before being seen, but once Dr. Titleman came in, he completed my tooth extraction in less than 15 minutes. The procedure was quick, smooth, and much easier than I expected. I highly recommend this dental office100%!
The doctor was amazing took out my wisdom. Tooth didn’t fill a thing healed within a week and a half. I took my son back to the same doctor and he was straightforward and honest with My Son so I really like that.
I had a dental appointment on 06/22/26 that was originally scheduled for around 11:00 AM or 12:00 PM. A few days before my appointment, I received a call asking if I could come earlier at 10:15 AM instead. I agreed and traveled over an hour to get there.
When I arrived, I waited about 20 minutes before the receptionist informed me that the dentist was in a meeting until 12:00 PM and that I could either reschedule or leave and come back later. I explained that I was not from the area and had traveled a long distance. Despite being asked to arrive early, I did not see the dentist until approximately 12:30 PM.
Another issue was with a referral I brought. I accidentally brought the wrong referral and showed it to the dental assistant. She looked at it and placed it on the table for the dentist to review. When the dentist came in, he told me it was the wrong referral. I was disappointed that the assistant didn’t mention that it was the wrong document when she first looked at it, which could have saved time and confusion.
Additionally, this was the first dental office I’ve visited that does not offer payment plans, which may be difficult for some patients who need extensive dental work.
Overall, my experience was frustrating due to the scheduling issues, long wait time, lack of communication, and limited payment options. I would not recommend this office based on my experience.
My boyfriend BENIGNO AGOSTO was there today for a 1:30pm appointment for Extraction of 8 teeth he was given anesthesia thru IV immediately when finished they brought him out & sat in a chair while the receptionist proceeded to get me in the waiting room. I thought they. We're being courteous in getting me to let me know that all went well with his procedure but to my dismay she called me in to take him out, at that point Benigno Agosto was
Still sedated she then proceeded to try & wake him up bc he was the last lpatient & she could not close he could barely stand but she walked him out to the waiting area shut off all offi e lights & said she was closing we had to late and if that was the case why take a patient so late in the day a d they did not give him hie parcels al at the end of it all they attitude was not the way you treat people
I had a very disappointing experience at this oral surgery office in the Riverdale location while accompanying my mother for a wisdom tooth extraction.
The entire experience felt extremely rushed and impersonal from start to finish. After taking X-rays, they sat my mother down with the doctor and told us they were going to numb the area. Shortly afterward, staff told me I could no longer remain in the room, so I stepped out. To my surprise, only about 10 minutes later they told me the procedure was already finished and sent us on our way.
What was most concerning was my mother's experience during the extraction itself. She said the doctor mentioned numbing her tooth and then almost immediately began pulling the tooth. She felt significant pain during the procedure and had to remain awake while experiencing what she described as a very traumatic and painful extraction. She did not feel adequately prepared, cared for, or comfortable throughout the process.
After the procedure, my mother asked if she could sit for a few minutes before leaving because she wasn't feeling ready to walk out right away and was dizzy from the procedure. Instead of showing compassion, staff told her to leave. She had to insist on waiting for me before they finally allowed her to remain seated until I returned.
The bedside manner of both the doctor and staff was extremely poor. My mother felt hurried the entire time and never felt like anyone took the time to ensure she was comfortable or doing okay. I would give them ZERO starts if I could. Based on our experience, I would NOT recommend this location.
