I can’t praise Riverdale Prosthodontics enough. The caring and commitment and skills are the highest caliber. First, I hadn’t been to the dentist in a very long time and was still made to feel comfortable. Dr. Rhugielyn put me at ease and then swiftly prioritized my wide-ranging dental repair needs. She works in a way that minimizes discomfort as much as possible, warning me about every next step. At every step, Violetta worked with me in a highly efficient and gentle manner. In general there is this ‘hum’ between Dr. Rhugielyn and Violetta as they work on me; it renders a sense of confidence.
When I needed an extraction they made an immediate referral to a surgeon to have the work done THAT DAY. Caring and commitment and the extra mile. Susan goes to every length to meet my wife and my schedule needs, even around vacation commitments. It’s also a pleasant experience being in the office; there is a feeling of welcoming and warmth there.
There should be no doubt in your dental treatment selection. It should be Riverdale Prosthodontics.
Dr. Rhugielyn who took over Dr. Siegel’s practice simply couldn’t be better. She is so professional while being so personable. Clearly highly skilled in dentistry you will have the feeling that you are in very good hands- literally and figuratively. She explains everything as she’s doing it, no surprises and no pain. Her staff is stellar and have been with the practice for decades, a testament to the culture of the office and to the smoothness of the transition- now more than 5 years! I highly recommend without hesitation.
I’ve been coming to Riverdale Prosthodontics since I’ve been a child and I’m in my late 40s now. I’ve always felt comfortable and they have always made it a pleasant experience. I have a lot of dentist anxiety but the kindness of every person who works here alleviates that. My teeth are also taken care of with the utmost care and I highly recommend this practice.
I have been a patient of this dental office for almost twenty years. From my initial experience, I found the care exceptionally professional, from my dentist, hygienist and receptionist. The practice recently changed Dentist and there continues to be an excellent level of care. I highly recommend them to you if you are looking for dental care.

I cannot recommend Riverdale Prosthodontics enough! From the moment you walk into the office, the entire team makes you feel welcomed, comfortable, and genuinely cared for. The office is beautiful, professional, organized, and always runs so smoothly. Every staff member I’ve interacted with over the years has been kind, patient, and compassionate.
But I especially have to recognize Dr. Rhysalyn. I originally started seeing her almost a decade ago when she was practicing in Connecticut, and her work and bedside manner were so exceptional that when she moved to Riverdale, I followed her as a patient without hesitation. That alone says everything.
I used to be absolutely terrified of the dentist — especially needles and dental procedures — but Dr. Rhysalyn completely changed that for me. She is gentle, calming, incredibly knowledgeable, and truly takes the time to make sure you feel safe and comfortable every step of the way. Her attention to detail and the quality of her work are unmatched. Because of her and this amazing office, I no longer fear going to the dentist at all.
