To clarify, I’m a patient from awhile ago as I since moved — I think my last appointment here was in 2024? I remember being seen by Dr. Ana Rojas for my cleaning. She said I only bled in a few spots, and it would probably be better if I flossed a little more. I confessed I actually don’t floss at all, because it always hurt and I would often bleed. She explained that the solution was actually to floss every day, to avoid the plaque buildup that causes the gums to be stiff, inflamed, and bleed. Since her advice, I’ve been flossing every single day and she was RIGHT. I stopped bleeding when flossing, and now I don’t bleed at all during cleanings anymore. I used to have sensitive teeth (during cleanings and eating cold food), but all of that has resolved. I had been procrastinating too long on this review, but I never forgot how Dr. Rojas took the time to educate me as the patient, and it changed my daily life for the better forever since. Providers like her are rare in this day and age, and I’m very grateful!

This is by far the worst dentist office I have ever been to in my life. Even if you schedule an appointment for 9:00 AM, you will NOT be seen until 1 or 2 PM , if you’re seen at all. The whole place is freezing, packed, and completely out of control. They let their own people skip the entire line every single time, while everyone else is left sitting for hours with no explanation. It’s impossible not to feel like there is discrimination happening, because the favoritism is right in your face. Patients who actually show up on time are treated like they don’t matter. I waited more than four hours for a basic cleaning and still couldn’t get in because they kept pushing other people ahead of me. This happens every visit, not just once. The disrespect is unbelievable. This office should honestly be investigated. The way they treat people is unacceptable, unprofessional, and completely unfair. I would warn anyone: stay away from this place unless you want to waste your entire day just to watch them let others skip the line while you’re ignored.

This place is highly unprofessional and their work itself doesn’t even make up for it. They have “repaired” 2 different fillings and both have broken weeks later. The new dentist i go to told me they did a lot of unnecessary work on my mouth and their work may not even hold up for long. There have been times i have showed up to my scheduled appointment just for them to say the doctor is out for the day. Please find a different dentist do not go to this one.

The receptionist is very lazy and unreliable had me wait three weeks saying she would get back to me only for me to go in person and her say she forgot and I had made sure to call each week I gave a letter to give the surgeon and she never received it when asked why she forgot to hand it to them the front desk woman should be fired.

This practice is terrible and very unprofessional!!!! The front desk staff are rude and are always on their phones. The office always has long extensive wait times. They do not give you the decency to inform you that your doctor is running 5 patients behind. The assistants do not introduce themselves and assumes everyone speaks Spanish. The dentist rushes through everything and doesn’t take time to explain or develop a relationship with you. I do not recommend this practice to anyone as they do not handle people with care.
