Simply The Best Dentist / Periodontist I have ever been to, he and his staff are wonderful and caring. I have had many procedures done, implants, extractions, cleanings. I highly recommend!
Dr. Lindenfield and the hygenist provides a very detailed cleaning everytime I visit. One of the visit I had to set up 2 appointments because my teeth was so dirty.
I received excellent care from Dr. Lindenfeld and his team. I needed an implant and the procedure was almost painless. They were professional and they made sure to follow up after my procedure. This reassured me and let me know that the dentist valued my patronage. The office staff is also courteous to the patients. I highly recommend this dental service.
I was contacted on August 6, 2026 regarding an appointment for my sister that was to occur on September 10. I was told that the hygienist couldn’t see her because of back issues. They suggested I see another dentist in the building. I said I found it strange that they were recommending another dentist and asked if she could see another hygienist. They said she was the only one there. My next question made things very clear to me. I asked the receptionist what will all the other patients do. Her response was that it depends on the patient and how much bending the hygienist would have. Since all patients sit in the same dental chair every hygienist has to bend over in order to take care of them. My sister has dementia and is not at all a difficult patient. Once she is in the chair she is very cooperative. She can’t talk or walk at all but poses no problems during her teeth cleaning. This is a clear case of discrimination against a disabled person and I am appalled at their attitude. The last time we were there they cleaned her teeth for about 15 minutes and when the hygienist called in Dr. Lindenfeld he said “I don’t need to see her”. He didn’t even take the time to look in her mouth . I would avoid this practice especially if you have a disability.
I had my first consultation with Dr Lindenfeld on Dec 30, 2025, regarding doing a crown lengthening. He is in my dental insurance network, but he is only interested in having the patient pay out of pocket. On my first consult with him, he openly stated that he does many crown lengthenings, and his patients pay out of pocket, and then they can file with the insurance company for reimbursement. I was not one of those patients. Why should I pay out of pocket if the insurance is paying for it? It took Dr Lindenfeld 2 months to get the pre-estimate approved for my crown lengthening with the insurance company from Dec 30 2025, to Feb 25, 2026. He deliberately sent in the wrong X-rays, faxed them to the wrong number, and this went on for close to 2 months. I called Dr Yang, my Periodontist from All County Endodontics, for assistance. He performed the root canal that led to a crown lengthening, which is a standard procedure before a crown is placed on your tooth. I called him, since my claims with Dr Lindenfeld kept getting denied. He had his billing coordinator, Lisa contact Dr Lindenfeld to assist him with getting the pre-estimate approved since she was very familiar with this process to get it approved. Lisa ended up doing all the work herself. Dr Lindenfeld had no interest in getting the claim approved because he wanted me to pay out of pocket; he didn't want to go through the insurance. Lisa worked with the insurance company on my behalf and provided them with the proper X-rays, etc., and after two months, she got the claim approved on Feb 25, 2026. If it weren't for Lisa, the claim would have never been paid. I had an appointment with Dr Lindenfeld on Mar 10, 2026, to have the crown lengthening done. While I was in the dental chair waiting for him to start the crown lengthening, he kept talking about the insurance company and how many problems he allegedly had with them. He appeared agitated that the claim was approved and that he had to wait to get paid by the insurance company. He completed the crown lengthening within 30 -40 minutes between taking a phone call. He told me to wait 2 weeks before seeing my general dentist. I saw my general dentist on March 25, 2026, and when he examined the tooth that had the crown lengthening, he immediately saw that I had an infection. My general dentist asked me if I had seen Dr Lindenfeld as a follow-up, and I told him I had not. He went on to tell me that Dr Lindenfeld was supposed to follow up to check on the crown lengthening; had he done that, he would have seen the infection. I AM TOTALLY DISGUSTED WITH DR. LINDENFELD! I WILL MAKE SURE TO NEVER RECOMMEND NEW PATIENTS TO HIM, ESPECIALLY THOSE THAT WISH TO USE THEIR INSURANCE COMPANY TO PAY FOR DENTAL SERVICES AND AVOID OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS!
