I received great dental cleaning from Andres. He was very gentle and gave me the best advice on how to take better care of my teeth.

He's an excellent doctor; he helps you solve any problem immediately and gives you options. The people who have commented negatively unfortunately had bad experiences, but I honestly say he's one of the best dentists in the Bronx.

This practice is money hungry. My husband had an emergency over labor day weekend and the thank goodness the office was open. But because his staff was not available to verify my husband’s insurance He had to pay cash. Sure no problem I was told that after Labor Day weekend his staff would run the dental insurance on the next business day. Dr. Miranda is part of the plan we have screenshots confirming Dr. Miranda is in the dental network. Now comes the next business day, My husband calls the office so that the claim can be ran through the insurance to refund my husband the difference and now the staff is claiming the dentist is not willing to do so. This dentist took advantage of the situation and did not fulfill his contractual obligation and honor my husband’s dental plan as a participating dentist in the plan. I will escalate issue to the dental carrier. Future patients should use caution.

This is the worst dentist ever..Don't read the good reviews, this man does not do his job well. He told my mom that the insurance does not pay the dentist well and thats the reaspn he does do his job perfectly. He also seek elderly adults to request a loan so they could pay for a better job.Don't waste your time , this is a garbage place.

I scheduled an appointment for 9:30 AM on a Saturday. I was outside the location from 9:00 AM and they hadn't opened yet. I had to leave, and they finally opened the place around 10:00 AM. When I called the location and complained, they told me they weren't slaves who had to wait 30 minutes before scheduling an appointment. TERRIBLE SERVICE!
