Overall ⭐️for their service. Your unable to see the same doctor so your being given different diagnosis. Seems like the doctors don’t have experience in certain specialties. Doctor forgot to put in specialist referral for root canal forcing the tooth to be extracted. There is a dental assistant that should be on maternity leave instead of dealing with patients. She lacks professionalism and has a nasty attitude.

Staff was and is very courteous and caring.... Office manager is leading her staff by example. I have and will continue to recommend this location to all whom I know.

Won’t dentist ever, walk in are from 9am - 11am but they only accept 5 people. After that you have to make a appointment. That’s not a walk in center. They could clearly see my mouth swollen and I made sure to call and spoke to someone the day before. Who told me to get there at 9am I was on that line since 8:30 am. If I knew before hand they only see 5 people as walk in I would have went home . I was the 6th person in line. Black lady standing there is rude and disgusting. If I could give no stars I would. If there was a sign there that said they only accepting 5 people I would have left. Also no appointments until next year .

Daughter went to get a root canal and as with any medical procedures/surgeries I will be right there with her. On 2nd visit I was told I couldn't be there and the excuse was because they have to take x-rays. Now mine you whenever they took xrays everyone but the patient steps out the room, so exactly what was the problem. Let's back track, on the 1st visit I kept noticing there was this one Dr, that kept pacing back and forth and looking at me and I remember thinking why the hell he keep passing by and looking at me, then he would look at my daughter in the chair. Fast forward back today, you tell me I can't be in the room. After you give me your lame excuse and I state, I can step out like everyone else, you chuckle and ask isbit because shes your baby. I respond, she could have been 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, or 10, it doesnt matter, she my child. Then she says she's going to be safe, she's okay. See, that right there, that's worrisome and concerning. When I ask who the manager is, you still haven't responded. Then I come to read these comments and I'm like ohhhh, I was too observant of what they were doing and was paying too much attention. This does not sit well with me. I should have know there was something off about this place. When I 1st called to get an appointment they are going to let me know that I can't switch and go to another one of there dentist. I was like yeah okay. Like are you going to hold me hostage???

They ruined my brother's tooth and pulled it to cover it up. Getting an appointment is a hassle. they don't have a set da to release openings and so you have to call constantly and hope you can make an appointment. Just horrible. I found another dentist for my family.
