942 Southern blvd is the best. I am about to have my braces removed and honestly I am a bit sad to be finishing my journey with them. Im going to miss the staff, their consideration, and hospitality. A special shout out to Glory who has always made my dental care feel like her personal priority. I will surely be visiting in the future to show thanks and say hello.

To you understand also answer all questions and willing to answer more the equipment look very upgraded and advance I truly highly recommend also very easy to get it is close by the 6,2,5 Mta train and 19,5,6 Mta bus.

I recently had just wrote a review on another diamond braces location. Well, it was unpleasant. SO!! what did I do? I went down to the other side of Bronx and came to hunt point!
How did it go? Amazing. I saw the doctor he is super nice!! The staff is ever more amazing (unlike other disgusting location). Daime and Neshaa was amazing. They are easy to interact didn’t have an attitude. I saw how the manager was with her staff (this is important) and she is amazing she is super nice. I can tell they care about each other. I will be coming back. With my sharp observations, I can see this location success. I wish them all prosperity and wealth.
They all need a raise here! I don’t know about the other location thought. Because I don’t want to see that manager face ever again!

The office is typically a nice and professional environment. This was my primary location for two years. And I am really satisfied with my results. However, on my last consult, which was the one I was getting my braces taken off for good, Dr. Sakhaee was the one who saw me. That was my first time with him, I don’t know if he was in a bad mood or if he is typically like this. Prior to being seen, I noticed he stepped outside very upset and came back even more upset while I was in the waiting area. When he finally did see me, he was extremely rude, abrasive and overall had a really rough touch. He was working on me so quickly and lacked any sort of gentle or tact nature. I was scared he was going to cut my mouth in the process. I did not appreciate being handled like that. Thankfully the assistant finished with me but for my last experience with this office it was a bit off-putting. The assistant could tell I was uncomfortable by this treatment and quietly apologized on his behalf and I could tell she was used to seeing this demeanor from this doctor. I asked for his name before I left and by the quickness in which she provided it I could tell this staff is definitely tired of putting up with his behavior. Which sucks because, like I said in my two years going there, it’s a generally good team and very welcoming and solid environment. I would say I still recommend this place just ask for literally anyone BUT Dr. Sakhaee to handle your treatment.
