I been coming to the same dentist since I was a kid when they were across in Bronx care. When the old dentist retired it haven't been the same. I been coming here about jaw aches and the dentist said wisdom teeth. I got those removed and it didn't help. The only thing they found were one tooth needs a root canal and the other tooth they did deep cleaning. Since then I removed both teeth. The lady i saw had a little bit of an attitude stating "you complained about jaw pain last year,so what's the difference now?",I said this pain is different. It's like she was being dismissive. All she did was deep lean which did nothing! So I decided to head to NYU dentistry and glad I did turns out I needed 4 teeth fixed and I explained to them what the local dentist said. They stated it's obvious when they picked at the tooth and stated that's probably is the root to my problem for a year. They also stated my back tooth was perfect and not sure why the local dentist didn't fix it but instead deep cleaned but I told them that's why I removed it i was in too much pain,deep cleaning didn't so nothing. I removed it at Jacobi another place that's terrible making you do run arounds. I feel a bit better now and will be doing my 3rd teeth fixing that my local dentist said everything is fine when that whole time it wasn't. I am glad I a few doctors told me go to NYU dentist they are the best and they are right!!

They are the worst they are willing to do anything just to charge the insurance, the main doctor is rude with nasty attitude! The wait time is ridiculous, doctor shows up anytime when doors opens up at 8am !#CLOSE THIS PLACE DOWN..

I do not recommend this dentist clinic I did an extraction at 10:00 a.m. in the morning and I will still bleeding at 8:00 p.m. at night I had to go to Lincoln hospital so they can stitch me up so if you don't want to have any complications find yourself a better dentist because this dentist clinic does not care about their patients. After the extraction I went back to them at 3:00 p.m. because the bleeding was really extreme and they told me not to worry about it when I went to Lincoln hospital the oral surgeon fix the problem.

Beware Dirty Equipments: Every time I visit this dentist I’m always leaving with a sore throat or fever. The equipments here are extremely unhygienic! Came in for a cleaning & all they did was put dirty equipment in my mouth for 10 minutes after waiting for over an hour. Never coming here again. 07.22.22

Most unprofessional place I have been to. Over the years the service in this dental medical center has gone down tremendously. The owner Dr.Harvey is rude and very unprofessional. I feel bad because the worker are not rude and willing to help you but he cuts them off and does not know how to talk to patients in a respectable manner, yet wants us to do dental services there and to pay out of pocket. This dental clinic is not organized, leaves patient false information and does not know how to be professional. I will not be going back to this place and I hope Dr.Harvey leaves very soon.
