Really good service. I always book appointments there in the pediatrics side. They show that they genuinely care, and if you have an specific concern, like your knees or something similar, they give you a referral to a specialist which helps a lot.
My case manager is amazing and very kind person his name is hector 2nd floor I really recommend him. He has been very helpful for me and my daughter we love him so much❤️🇩🇴
I’m truly over this clinic and need to look into immediately changing it. They never answer calls, leave you on hold for 15-20 on end. The GYN is always closing short notice. I got seen by the gyn doctor and simply forgot to renew my birth control and they’re trying to make me see the doctor again to get a new prescription. If I get pregnant it’ll be on them!
I’ve always had issues with this clinic. You have to call nonstop just to get through, and even when you do, it’s almost impossible to get proper assistance. The wait times are extremely long — even with an appointment, you can end up waiting for hours. The office gets so packed that patients are sometimes left standing outside. Overall, it has been a very disappointing experience. The person I spoke with today over the phone was very unprofessional and ineffective in her role.
I'm convinced these doctors don't care about your health. I've been going here since I was a baby my doctor is doctor jorge cornielle. He has been my primary doctor. My whole live I have suffered with eczema and allergies. He's always put me either on heavy steriodes medicines or told me to straight up put clorox on my bath( that only works for fungal eczema which mine is not… found that out no thanks to him) now that I'm 20 I requested I get an allergy test. I was informed by one of the nurses that he doesn't like to do those when I asked about one. Finally I get my results only to find out I'm allergic to an alarming amount of things this has been the direct reason of why I've been having these issues my whole life. They call me in when the test is ready because he was supposed to explain to me all my allergies and how allergic was to certain things. He mumbled through the second half of my test and didn't tell me how server each allergy was which was literally the whole point of the appointment. This is just one of my many horror stories going here and don't get me started on the dentist here! Please if you have babies children you genuinely love and want to see healthy even you self although I'm unsure about the doctors in the adult section I'm still in pediatrics please DO NOT go here. YOUR HEALTH IS NOT WORTH GAMBLING WITH!
