I have been with El Nuevo San Juan for more then 20 years. They are great they listen to you direct you to the right place. They help you with everything. They are very concern with you. If I need help with any medicine or health they accept video as well and they also great. I love El Nuevo San Juan

I couldn’t be happier with the care my children receive at El Nuevo San Juan. The pediatric doctor is incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about their well-being. Every visit feels personal and thorough, and I always leave feeling confident that my kids are in great hands.
The staff is warm, professional, and helpful, and they always do their best to make the experience smooth—even when the office is busy. I truly appreciate their dedication and highly recommend this clinic to other parents!
They take long to do absolutely anything. If you have an appointment at 9am you will not be seen till around 10am. That is appointment based so you can imagine how a walk in would go. But whenever you come to this clinic for dental or even regular visits you will always wait 1 hour plus just to be seen. This clinics wait times are always beyond ridiculous.
I was at the emergency room yesterday worst doctor ever. He didn’t even know what was wrong with me. Gave me an appointment to see my doctor it was a waste of time. Then he prescribed something for a rash which my insurance doesn’t cover mind you other doctors will check what covers by my insurance nurse was awesome tho.
