I called for an appointment to get the Covid Vaccine. I received a next day appointment. I won't lie, it was quite a few people there ahead of me to get the shot so the wait was a few hours. Overall though it was worth the wait. I received the Vaccine. The staff there is so pleasant and helpful. I don't know what might have happened with the person that claimed to have had a bad experience. I've been a patient here for many many year. I remember the old staff and I've become familiar with the new staff and they are all wonderful people. One member (Tyrone) in particular is just a sweetheart. Big shout out to the Heroes at Bronx Doc 149 Street. They are the Best.

Where do I begin!! I had my first visit here with NP chenille Bennet she is super sweet, attentive and very thorough I can't recommend her enough! The best they have on the assisting staff is hands down Stephanie. I walked in to see about getting a pcp and she helped me through the process of getting my chart set up and getting an appointment scheduled. She was also who checked me out after my visit. She is very knowledgeable about her job and not to mention extremely nice and very caring. I really felt like she went above and beyond to make sure I was good. Don't let go of that one!!

Good day. So I gave this place a one star because of the complications of things. The ladies at the front desk were helpful and very kind. It’s the Doctors I have an issue with. I felt uncomfortable due to certain questions that were asked and not being able to switch my appointment to fit my needs and the needs of my child. So I had to switch providers. I had a better experience with BronxDocs before, but now it seems like things are different. If my child is going to be a patient of yours then I the parent need to be comfortable and sadly I did not. Take care.

I’ve been coming to this location to see a primary care doctor for a few years. Besides the wait time I’ve never had an issue with anything regarding my visits. However, today I had an appt @ 2:30pm & I arrived at the location @ 2:40pm, my insurance card was checked and updated into their system and I sit down to wait. 4:40pm I still haven’t been called, I get up to cancel my appt only to find out that I was never properly checked in. 2 hours sitting down for nothing, no apology or anything from the staff. This was definitely my last visit. Do better.

Great doctors office! The staff was very polite and helpful and my doctor was super nice! You can tell they actually care and enjoy their jobs! Update * 3/1/24, I used to like this place until they closed for renovations and didn’t inform me at all, I had to call them to find out why no one reached out to me about my upcoming appointment…weird right ? Now I’ve been trying to contact someone to get the doctor to send a refill for my inhaler (nothing important I know 😒) and no one will answer the phone
