This is the worst dental office I've ever experienced, they referred my daughter to get two little teeth removed to a horrible place, then when I took her back to her follow up they didn't even remember they send her there or what was done, then tell me she has to get referred to a pediatric dentist, when they saw my daughter and son as patients and she is 6yrs old and he is 16yrs old. I will be reporting the office, I am very experienced in the dental field and know how a patient is supposed to be treated and serviced, Do not recommend at all!! The cleanings are 5 mins long which isn't how is supposed to be at all. I was an office manager, biller, treatment coordinator at a periodontist office 5yrs the Doctor and hygienist never gave such unprofessional and horrible service.

I went in on May 28,2021 to get my tooth looked at I waited more than hour for the dentist to tell me my insurance wouldn’t cover what I needed done. He said my insurance doesn’t cover I would have to come out of pocket. I already knew he was lying I already did my research my insurance covers everything I needed. I later found out I was charged for teeth cleaning I never got he said I have to charge you for this service for when you come back. I never went back or called I wasn’t paying 4,000 for something my insurance covers. I called my insurance in July and asked for the charges to be taken off since I would have a problem getting my teeth cleaned at a another location. Parkchester Dental Group has not returned the money they got from my insurance for a teeth cleaning I never received. How is this even legal to do. How does a dentist get payed for not doing what he charged the insurance for sooooo unprofessional

The dentist. Horrible place! He has people in each of his rooms looking at tv. You wait at least 3 to 4 hours to see the dentist. He's still taking in new patients while he can't even take care of the patients he has. He is a Union dentist, so I guess he tries to get all the patients and money he can. It's terrible. My appointment was at 9 am. I left at 11 am on my way home about 11:25. The office called and said he was ready to see me. I said no, thank you. He charged my insurance company for that visit but did not get paid because his staff submitted the papers late, then he sent me a bill that never got paid. Why was I being billed he never did anything.

Hi, yes I will stay at my current dental facility. They are nice and actually get work done. They have a 4.3 star review on Google whereas this place has a 1.3 star. You guys were awful, I had scheduled an appointment months ago and it kept getting moved. And now y'all are upset I went to a different office. Very rude.

After going there for many years, it time to look for a new dentist. They are horrible. The follow up is terrible. They rush to do dental work, but make you wait hours. The service and the dentistry is really bad. I do not recommend anyone to visit this Center. It is absolutely unprofessional and uncaring to dental needs. It's a shame that this dental center has become so bad.
