For many years I avoided going to the dentist after a very traumatic dental experience left me with trigeminal neuralgia. The fear of triggering a flare-up kept me away from dental care for a long time. Finding Dr. Michael Gayle completely changed that for me. From the first visit, he was incredibly patient, compassionate, and understanding about my condition and my fears. He never rushed me and always made sure I was comfortable, even giving me breaks whenever I needed them. Dr. Gayle recently did two crowns on my front teeth and even closed the gap between them, and amazingly I felt absolutely no pain during the procedures. After everything I’ve been through, that meant the world to me. If you are someone who struggles with dental anxiety or chronic nerve pain, I cannot recommend Dr. Gayle enough. He truly listens to his patients and treats them with kindness and respect. I’m so grateful to have finally found a dentist I can trust.

I was recommended to Dr. Gayle and have never left. My husband always accompanies me, and we make our dental visits regularly. He is amazing and will follow him where ever he goes!

Dr M Gayle was amazing. I had a great experience with him, he was on time, and very gentle and thorough. He is also an excellent conversationalist. It was a good first experience with him, I highly recommend him.

This office deserves ZERO stars due to their lack of professionalism and care for their patients. You have to call multiple times to even get an appointment, and if you’re lucky to get through, the appointment is at LEAST 2-4 months out. The office closes at 4pm and I was supposed to have an appointment at 3pm. Assuming they just wanted to leave early, they called me 6 times to try to cancel my appointment instead of allowing my insurance company a few minutes to update their system. When I spoke to the rude receptionist I was asking her to give them time and that they would ensure it was updated by the time of my appointment, and she nor the doctor was willing to wait and offered to give me a new appointment 3 months out. I explained to her the insurance would comply by my appointment time, was more than willing to pay if the issue wasn’t resolved, but instead her AND the doctor canceled the appointment. They initially offered me something in December (it’s now October) and then 10 minutes later offered me something in January. If you do not want to deal with rude staff, extremely unnecessary long wait times for an appointment, and an intensive doctor then I would highly recommend you look elsewhere for a dentist.
