If you need a cleaning please ask for Alex! He is amazing at his job and very patient with you. You will leave feeling like you have a new set of teeth. His cleaning is so thorough it amazes me each time he’s finished! I hope he doesn’t leave any time soon. If he goes then I go! That’s how good he is 😉
Old staff use to be very caring and thorough with their work and I loved coming here. They now have a staff shortage and no hygienist
Wait time was more than 2 hours. Doctor asked how I was, and I responded in a calm and playful manner and said “not to good because I had to wait more than 2 hours .” He then responded very aggressively. Asking if I wanted my teeth cleaned or not and that he had seen more than 30 patients therefore he wasn’t going to tolerate any attitude.
I did not feel comfortable continuing with the service and as I walked out he shooed me saying “go go go”. He was extremely disrespectful. I don’t recommend this dentist. Staff appeared uncomfortable and frustrated by work environment.
I went with the amazing stars customers have poated. I felt it was a lie. Yes the service was fast didn't have to wait long. But the communication was horrible. One doctor say one thing other doctors say other. And they don't give you a call in any situation you ask. Then when you call them the tell you it's in the notes. What notes because I was never told anything. Second thing is when your telling a doctor your having pain. It's like he didn't care or listen.
This place is horrible. most of the staffs have attitudes, The dentists are very impatient, Except one lady at the desk she seemed very nice, understanding and over it, But Long story short i had went for a cleaning adviced my dentist to overall check all my teeth after the cleaning because i felt something was off with a certain tooth they dismissed me 3 times within a month I’ve gone for emergency, waited hours only to see a dentist twice out of the the 3, I was not tryna loose another tooth so I wanted to be super positive I was good to go for now and the future But my gut was telling me something was off, so I took it upon myself to go to a private doctor and it was honestly the best !!!! desicion I ever made, the cleaning felt very professional unlike this place where they stab your gums till you bleed , they also told me i had a cavity in the same area I feel discomfort in from the beginning and they also advised me I had another small cavity growing on another tooth so I can be ahead of it and supposedly this place saw nothing wrong did not advise me nothing about me having any cavities or anything smh very disappointing 1 star experience and this is supposed to be 4.5 rating place ??? yea aii and each time i went i hear many complains in the waiting room and through the phone calls and I am beyond disgusted. Trust your gut people hopefully I can save someone from loosing a tooth 🙏 this place lacks almost everything
Your never seen on time. Wait times up to two hours and you don’t get a thorough exam. I’ve worked in dental for 20years. I know what a proper exam looks like not just coming in looking at X-rays
