Dr. Moore removed my son's 4 impacted wisdom teeth. my son is on the spectrum (and highly anxious) and the time and care given to him was terrific. we had a very successful outcome
Got my wisdom teeth out a few days ago and Dr. Moore did an amazing job! Minimal swelling (barely noticeable) and no bruising. His assistants were also so kind and caring, making sure I was comfortable and even holding my hand so that I felt safe. Thank you!!
Dr. Moore and his staff are first class. Typically, I am full of nervousness and panic just thinking about an extraction procedure/surgery. I have always requested general anesthesia because I chose not to experience any part of the surgery. However, this time I opted for local anesthesia..... I was wide awake. The procedure was over before I knew it. Thank you to the team. I was met with a nice greeting from the sign in desk and professional warmth throughout.
My mother had surgery performed by Dr. Moore today. She who is typically very nervous and skeptical of doctors gives Dr. Moore RAVING reviews. His bedside manor was exceptional. His explanation of the procedure and what to expect afterwards was clear and left no question unanswered. The office staff as well was very friendly and professional. She highly recommends Dr. Moore and his office staff.
Dr. Moore in my opinion is NOT patient with children. My daughter is 9 years old and had a very horrible experience with Dr. Moore. He constantly yelled at her because she was nervous and afraid of the procedure she had to get done. Dr. Moore appeared annoyed and frustrated with my daughter. He even said to her, "You are lying", when she told him she can feel the pain from the needle. In the middle of trying to numb the area of her mouth, he abruptly ended the procedure by aggressively shouting, you win, I am done. I am not going to finish this procedure. My daughter was already afraid of having the procedure done. This reaction by Dr. Moore magnified the situation and her fears. The tone, the abrupt ending of the procedure, the storming out of the room, and the lack of care and empathy were all the things that Dr. Moore should have handled differently, in a more of a professional manner. This is unacceptable when working with children. This was a very horrible experience for my daughter and it broke my heart that she had to experience this, on top of already being afraid. Do not subject your children to this kind of treatment!
