Dr. Nolan is amazing 👏. I really don't like dentist at all. But he makes you feel comfortable. He has a good sense of humor and makes me laugh. The doctor prior to him did some dental work that didn't last so he is replacing everything.

I am so happy I came across Dr. Sophia Palmer. She is one of the best Ob Gyn in the business. I am so grateful and lucky to have her as my doctor. She is thorough,caring and puts her patient needs first. Listen to her, she is highly skilled and knows what she is doing.I highly recommend her.

Dr. Gruson is absolutely one of the best I ever met. He so respectful and explain everything to me in details. I can't say much but I really respect and appreciate this doctor for taking good care of me. Keep up with the good work Doc.

The service awful, My dentist Dr. Nolan and dental work were fantastic. The biggest problem is no one picks up the phone. My temporary crown loosen while in Puerto Rico. The Dr I saw wanted to speak to my dentist because I was still in the healing process but one one picks up the phone. Terrible customer support. The service takes a message (June 12) which states that someone will get back to you in 3 DAYS. Today is day 4, I am going to the office today. While at the office the phones were ringing and I was told "we don't pick up phones the service takes all calls" . Amazing they are talking among themselves but can't pick up a phone call! THEY DON'T CARE.. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE.

My doctor is fine, and the nurses are nice and friendly, and very helpful but I’m giving this a 1 because last time I was there it took over an hour for me to be seen and I was on time for my appointment, and the receptionist for my doctor, receptionist name is George, is EXTREMELY rude, I missed an appointment, and called to let him know that I didn’t remember making said appointment for that time but if he had anything sooner (I was worried I might have an infection and I’m pregnant) to which he replied well you missed your appointment so I’ll let you know what I have... again not disputing that fact, I had missed the appointment but why throw that in my face if I already said I understood that and only asked if there was anything sooner, I didn’t demand it nor did I give him an attitude. He couldn’t get me anything sooner so I accepted the appointment date and was transferred to the nurses line to leave a message about my concerns (they said I would hear back in 24/48 hours, I didn’t, I heard back from someone a week later and she said it was because she was on vacation for a week, which I found odd because I thought another nurse should be filling in if that was the case) fast forward to my next appointment I didn’t have time to make it at the office because I was there for 2 and a half hours and had to run other errands, I called to make the next appointment, no one answered but George called me back the next day, as I picked up, he hung up and didn’t attempt to leave a message, and apparently proceeded to book an appointment without my knowledge or consent, when I called right back he said my next appointment was scheduled at 1pm, to which I replied I cannot make that time, I work and I don’t remember agreeing to this, I mistakenly thought maybe the nurse had booked it, to which he informed me that he actually had done it because it was based on what the doctor said and that I should be making my appointments before I leave the office, I ignored his rudeness and proceeded to tell him I couldn’t make that time and I needed something after 2 because that’s when I’m out of work. He gave me the appointment and hung up. I’ve never heard of a doctors office making appointments without the patients knowledge of the time or date and not at the very least leaving a voicemail about it which now I believe he made my first appointment without my consent as well since I didn’t remember agreeing to that time at all hence why I missed it. This gentleman is very rude and unprofessional and if I wasn’t so far along I would look for another doctor because I shouldn’t have to deal with someone’s nasty attitude when I’m just trying to have a healthy and safe pregnancy.
