I GIVE A ONE STAR BECAUSE THEY PUT JUST ANYBODY AS THEIR RECEPTIONIST. The guy got on the phone with the wrong insurance for 2 hrs in the midst of laughter with coworkers & playing around the office then ended up telling me he couldn’t confirm my eligibility . I got on the phone w my insurance & in under 10 mins got to the right insurance source just to find out they closed 30 mins ago. THIS WAS SO UNPROFESSIONAL. Please refrain your staff so this doesn’t occur again . I sat in your office for two 1/2 hours & my teeth is still in pain. He took my ssn dob name & address & i received no service. This place is sketchy. I wouldn’t recommend.

I'm so sorry to have to say this, but several years ago I visited this clinic and a dentist did a terrible job on three of my front teeth. Luckily, I was in the Dominican Republic in time and they were able to fix it before it was too late. I kept going to this clinic and asked for another dentist, thinking it wouldn't happen again. And guess what? I went in with a small cavity on another front tooth and she told me, "Luckily, it's not deep and can be fixed with a little work." Okay, I was happy because I was in time to save my tooth. But six months later, they told me that the tooth was damaged and needed a root canal. It's unbelievable that it happened again. It seems like a plan to do bad work so you have to pay for more expensive procedures. I'm swearing off that place! I'll never go back to that place again in my life.

NO RECOMIENDO ESTE LUGAR. El lugar es muy pequeño y mal mantenido había mucho polvo en la oficina. Nunca me dijeron que trabajo me iban hacer, sin embargo me hicieron un ollo/agujero en la muela y luego me dijeron que mi seguro no cubría para hacerme el procedimiento.

no entiendo como ese negocio sigue operando,demasiado pequeño, materiales oxidado y los trabajadores hasta para respirar tienen que preguntarle a carmen..la espera es de horas y ella es una señora arrogante y poco profesional

I'm giving Dr. Carmen one star. She never has time to see patients; she assigns them to other doctors who work with her, and they have to ask her everything, as if they weren't professionals. They did a terrible job. I don't recommend her, even though the wait is very long.
