A Dental Experience Like No Other at Harbor Point Dental at Pelham Manor!!!! As someone who has always dreaded dental visits, finding a dental practice that feels like home has been an ongoing challenge. However, my experience at Harbor Point Dental in Pelham Manor has completely transformed my perspective on dental care! From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff welcomed me with warmth and professionalism. A special shout-out to Ms. Doris, who truly made me feel at ease right away! Now, let’s talk about the dynamic “Dental Duo Airline” crew – Dr. Jackson and Andrea. They are hands down the best dental team I have ever encountered. Their approach is refreshing; as soon as I entered their presence, I was greeted with genuine smiles, engaging conversations, and lots of laughter. This atmosphere helped alleviate the anxiety I typically feel at the dentist, making my visit enjoyable rather than stressful. To my surprise, I found myself looking forward to my appointment! It’s incredible how a supportive and caring environment can change one’s outlook. At 35 years old, I can finally say I’ve found my dental home. Thank you, Dr. Jackson and Andrea, for creating such a safe and trusting atmosphere. Your passion for what you do shines through in every interaction, and it’s evident that you genuinely care about your patients. I am excited for my future visits and grateful for the exceptional care you provide. Love you both!

Dr. Annunziata has been my dentist for 30 years. He is great. Recently I had work done by Dr. Shah and her assistant Andrea. They were wonderful!! I had two procedures done that day. They were kind enough to do the second one as an add on. They are very caring professionals.

Quality of care used to be good but the main dentist retired so I cannot speak about the current dentist. It is very difficult to get appointments and if they cancel is can be an excessively long wait for them to reschedule. Waiting 6 weeks for an appointment for them to cancel and make you wait another 6 weeks is unacceptable.

If you want someone who will exploit you for money go to this place. I have never been treated so poorly and advised that I needed so many things done when I have immaculate hygiene. If you go here, make sure you get a second opinion.

I would like to update my review from 2 years ago. I have been going to this practice for more than 20 years and absolutely walked out the door today. I was scheduled for a routine 6-month cleaning and was called this morning and asked to move my appointment up one half hour because somebody called out. That was fine and easily accommodated. When I arrived the dental technician Ashley intormer me that I needed X-rays. I did not wish to have x-rays at this. I had a previous set of X-rays done a little more than a year ago. She developed an attitude and very snippily responded saying this practice requires x-rays and we can't treat you without. Terrible attitude and quite unacceptable. I left and asked to have Dr Annunciata call me . So sad to see what used to be a lovely and professional office have an employee like this.
