On April 17, 2024, I went to this dental clinic to remove one of my wisdom teeth that was in pain, I got there around 10 am, and could see the dentist around 4.00 PM.
It seems like this place is not organized, and the staff do not care about some of the patients, I waited there for so long that I got nausea. As I watched the staff waking in front of me with their hustle and bustle, And seeing how some of the patients were treated.
On my waiting there, nobody approached to me explaining why I was waiting for so long.
At the end they took care of me because I stood stiff and complaint about their services.
This is the worst day I have ever had; this is the worst dental clinic I have ever visited. I prefer dying from a toothpain before going again to that clinic...
(Surgeon dentists, should be more careful when removing any tooth. Because my tongue was banged hard with one of their tool while removing the tooth. It took me more to recovered from the pain on my tongue than from the surgery.
Really wish there was 0 stars option. First I got there 30minutes before the appointment I had to wait in line for 30minutes 1 person behind the desk when I get to the front she has to go to lunch they tell me to go around to the next window I do. There’s someone infront of me the agent behind the desk asking the client questions that have nothing to do with registering them in, so this other agent sees me short story I didn’t get seen because I left, they have favoritism two of the women that was seen came way before me. This place is always all over the place, they also let anything run by because why is the lobby so loud.
The worst clinic in service. Morning, midnorning, early afternoon they don't pick up the phone not even 3:30pm when it should be slow. 30 minutes plus on hold. Don't waste your time.
Close down the dental office or fire everyone.
I arrived at 11am, it is almost 3. I have a cracked tooth, I haven't ate and im tired. The office people are busy laughing on there phones and talking to each other. Why do they say they take walk ins, if it's going to take HOURS and if someone who is LATE for their appointment by 30 minutes gets to be seen immediately? Reschedule them. Move up the line of people that have been waiting for hours. Lazy office workers
The woman in front of me had 7 people in front of her when I arrived at 11am. At 2:42pm she has 5 people in front of her and theres been atleast 9 people in and out of the waiting room
Here waiting since 10 am still have not been seen it's 4.06pm if you are a walk in be ready to sit in here till closing time 03/05/26
