MHHC at Vanguard

Everyone at this facility was very polite and professional. The service was incredibly fast. My appointment was for 2pm and I was called right on time, so no wait time at all. Very neat as well.

The Clinic has so much resources that u never knew. I was speaking to someone that worked there and she directed me to the back to talk to someone. The lady she referred me to is what I needed. I’m thankful and grateful for this Clinic.

The dentist there is very aggressive and rough, she was rolling her eyes when I expressed what she was doing was hurting me, she could care less, I never want examining my mouth again

This is one of the worst front desk service I have ever experienced. I walked out of this facility feeling like I did not belong there. The lady at the front desk was so dismissive, I told her I would not be needing their services and walked right out. I went in to inquire about being a patient there and not for one minute did this lady give me eye contact. Apparently she was busy doing whatever else, and didn’t find it necessary to stop for once and give me proper acknowledgment. I’m so disappointed in this kind of service as I am a nurse and that level of patient care is unacceptable. She needs to be in the back of the building. This facility is literally two steps from my house and I will never set foot in there again to have her treat me like that. So upset

The front desk staff was great. The wait time is horrible! Always spent at least 2 hours waiting to see the doctor even with an appointment.
