I've been working at Segoso for less than a year, and already it's been an incredible journey. The environment is so family-oriented and relaxed, which makes coming to work a joy most days. The opportunities for growth are abundant; I've already been promoted in a short time, the best part is there is so much more space for me to grow into. I've met amazing people who have my back and work hard, yet still find time to laugh together, there is a very creative culture and as a creative I love that. One of the best parts is the chance to travel, and I had the opportunity to explore Monterrey, Mexico multiple times. I’ve eaten my weight in delicious food like seafood, chicharrones, chilaquiles, tacos, and even tried crickets (yes, you read that right! 🤣). What sets this company apart is the inclusivity; everyone, from employees to the CEO, shares the same insurance plan. It truly feels like a place where everyone is valued and included."

I enjoy my work location and company. I feel they are fairly transparent with everything and straight forward with everything. I have had nothing but positive interactions with management in the company, whether that be local or VP of business. It's relaxing and not the regular call center feeling I definitely recommend Segoso Caribbean as a company to work for.
