I've been going to the portmore location for few years and truly appreciate the quality service and warmth experience as you interact with all members of staff. For someone who is afraid of injections, I must commend Dr. Steele for his patience and efficient customer care during my extraction. Wholeheartedly, I recommend this business.
Two days in a row I had to go to innovative Dental care....my son had issues on the first day & the following day my husband got jealous lol...we had no prior appointments but they were sooo accommodating. Everyone is so nice....from the office attendant ...to the front desk clerk...to the hygienist....to the dentist. The dentist entertained my son's 'curious' mind for the entire time....She was so gentle and patient...He even got to squeeze # 'Brown Panther' when the discomfort started. This will be our new dental home!Thank you ladies
First time customer and I must say the customer service there is excellent...I went there to do a cleaning and a filling and let me tell you the experience wasn't bad at all.. The dentist that I saw was Dr. Olivia Burnett and she was very gentle with my cleaning and filling. I'll definitely recommend anyone to her because she took her time to explain everything to you and ensure your comfortable. Definitely will be going back😊
The experience with the dentist that cleaned me and my toddler's teeth was awesome. She was friendly and although my child went in nervous, she warmed up the minute the dentist began treatment. I'm happy with Innovative Dental and would definitely recommend.
The receptionist was very kool but I wouldn’t recommend innovative dental I don’t think they know how to clean teeth any at all I wasn’t satisfied waste of money imagine I went with my bf and myself and non of us were pleased my teeth just feel like it needs to be cleaned NB if it’s a case where you don’t know how to do teeth cleaning why take people money I’m very disappointed and I will not take this very lightly this is heights of madness, I need to speak to someone in charge because I will not allow our money to go down the drain like that I need my money to go see a real professional dentist thank you
