Customer Reviews
Good customer service. Services provided were on point, I experienced no delays, nor long lines at the time.
Got through very quickly and was out of there in no time. Someone was there very early to give directions as to which line to join, then checks were made prior to opening to ensure all questions that could be answered were answered before entering. Great customer service.
My experience today was good expect with the person who appeared to be a supervisor manning the floor. He was causing more confusion in the process than assisting. He kept disrupting the flow of the cashier line and when I proceeded to ask if we should maintain the order we were previously standing in, he was very discourteous in his response as if I was disrespectful. Nevertheless, the other staff members were very professional.
Downstairs: Close to opening hours can be a pain as not all cashiers understand the start time and they are slow to warm up. Most cashiers are very helpful and will be pleasant. Upstairs: the wait is forever but once it's your turn your all good. I find it unusual for a section that deals with more than 70 persons/day...all line staff goes for lunch at the same time (not sure if that was just my experience that day but...I found that odd).
Awful bad the line is way too long and they don’t move fast enough if you a government worker they treat you no different unless you are in uniform sometime even when you are in uniform they treat you just the same crossroads need weekend opening hrs came after 11 and went in after 2 and when I went in only to hear card machine down not working no rating for me awful
