Overall, I had a great experience with ENT and Allergy Associates! I’ve seen a lot of Allergists over the years and I can confidently say that Dr. K is one of the best. She takes her time explaining treatment options, I never felt rushed or unheard, she answers every single one of your questions and her testing and research is extremely thorough. The staff is also fantastic. Everyone is super professional and kind. Highly recommend!

I want to extend my sincere thanks to Dr. Ankit Kansal for the wonderful care he provided to my toddler during her ear tube procedure. From the initial consultation through the procedure and follow-up, Dr. Kansal was incredibly informative and patient, explaining every step thoroughly and making sure I felt confident and comfortable throughout the process. His knowledge and communication skills truly stood out, and I’m grateful for the excellent experience we had under his care. I would definitely recommend Dr. Kansal! Thank you again. My only disappointment is learning that the office will no longer be accepting my insurance after May 15. I kindly ask that this decision be reconsidered, as it would be unfortunate to lose access to such an outstanding physician due to insurance changes.

Made an appointment. Doctor and team were nice. Was told to call back and check on status of a serum. they will not answer the phone. I’ve tried several times. can’t get a response. so no idea what the status is. You’re better off going in person to speak to someone.

I needed to see an allergist because mine is on leave. I have been experiencing some issues so I made an appointment with the docotor that could see me while mine is away. Let me be clear, my allergist is amazing, I just needed to be see immediately. So I came here to see Dr. Yelena. Maybe today is not a good day for, she was dismissive, condesending and gave very much the impression that she did not wish to be bothered. When I stepped into a seperate office something immediately triggered my allergies, not once did she ask what am I feeling. She just got agitated, " what can I do? Open the door"? Is all, then kept mentioning how great it must be for me to see all these doctors? Like, what? Lesson learned, wait until your primary comes back, doctors these days are quick and only concerned with their pocket. If yi have good doctor, you are blessed because Dr.Yelena is not !

Great doctors (allergist 10/10) but terrible billing department. They charge you for your visit cash (no cash no visit with doctor) and take money from your MRA/HSA account as well. It takes forever to get refunded what you paid for in cash on visit. It gets better, if you keep visiting you don’t get a refund till after your latest/last visit posts the EOB + 30 days per the billing department policy, when I called with my insurance on the line. Rather not have insurance then visit here get charged twice each visit and wait months for refund. No thanks. Won’t visit again.
