Dr Thomas and his assistant Amy are wonderful. I am terrified of the dentist, but they made it easier for me and they always put my mind at ease. So far I have gotten 3 crowns one root canal and a wisdom tooth extraction and more to come. I can’t say any dentist visit is painless because I have sensitive teeth, but I’m happy to say 40 years later I finally found a great team to get me through the work I need and fear I have! Thank you both and also to the wonderful staff there at arista! Dr Thomas makes it extremely fun to be at the dentist! If you have doubts I’m here to tell you to Go to Dr Thomas! He’s wonderful and has a great sense of humor! Love you doc! Your favorite patient !!!
It is my first time visiting the clinic and a little bit scared because of the ratings here google.
But.. I AM SO IMPRESSED!!
When i went inside, the place is very big and clean , they have great staff here too!! Overall an amazing experience, typically don’t enjoy the dentist but the staff make it hard not to. Highly recommend!!
I just got my dentures well partials and they did such a great job the technician was really nice and understanding of my needs... I will say the whole process took time and sometimes the place is really crowded but overall I am highly pleased with the results
Avoid this clinic at all costs. I’d honestly recommend taking out a loan and going somewhere else rather than letting Dr. Thomas touch your teeth. He completely ruined what should have been a simple filling, and his cleaning was so rough it felt like he was taking out his frustration on my mouth.
He’s unbelievably dismissive and unprofessional—constantly sarcastic, ignoring concerns, and acting like your time or comfort don’t matter. To make things worse, he talks about other patients with his assistant while working on you, showing zero respect for privacy.
And if that’s not bad enough, be prepared to wait at least an hour past your appointment time. This clinic is a total disaster.
There’s this old lady doctor who literally doesn’t listen and clearly couldn’t care less about her patients’ pain. From the second we walked in, she was cold, no greeting, nothing, just acting like she’s in a race. Her attitude is shockingly rude and arrogant, totally lacking any respect or basic human decency. There’s zero doctor-patient connection, to her it’s just another miserable shift she wants to hurry through. What pushed it over the edge was when I was still asking her questions and, in the middle of the conversation, she turned to her assistant, said “that’s it, there’s nothing to do,” and just walked out of the room. Unbelievably unprofessional and disrespectful.
