Appt time confirmed day before by front desk, Dr. Yoon wrote to insurance 2x to get my needed work covered. Very rare that you find a dentist that take time to explain things thoroughly! Found out dentists don’t work on other dentists partials. I had my extraction today in the basement by Dr. L. Went very well. I was given clear instructions for after care. I did wait a bit but compared to NYU, 100 times better with expert dentists. Extremely clean environment upstairs and downstairs. I was recommended by a friend and I also recommend! You know the 2 star or less reviews can come from irrational, highly demanding people. Lots of crazy people in NYC!

Started off on a negative vibe. Was given an appointment for 2:30 receptionist said it was for 2:00. Was told I couldn't be seen. Pulled appointment paper that I was given...2:30 is what it said!!! Sat there for 3hrs to be called to the back and was told by doctor I have to go into hospital to have extraction because of heart condition. Really? Someone could have told me that hours before!!! Especially when it was stated in my records. Smh. The receptionist needs a crash course in professionalism really bad.

My experience, RUN from this place. They come across as they care, this isn't true. I have had two surgerys. One for the extractions of my upper teeth and the second was for my bones started to buckle and was pertruding out of my gums ( a painful situation). I did complained to three dentist Dr.s about my sinus area being tender to touch. I was given to much Landocaine while I was sleeping and today my sinus is tender to touch. I can't see another dentist until I see an E.N.T. because of their negligence procedures. However, your paying for treatments that what its all about, not professionisum. I have to deal with this medical burden. STAY AWAY!

Please avoid this dentist office. They wanted to bill my insurance while at the same time they wanted me to pay out of pocket. The receptionist will tell you they can not verify the insurance this is simply not true. They wanted me to pay out of pocket unnecessary. I will never ever go to this dentist office. The manager and the receptionist downstairs are extremely rude and disrespectful to the clients. Please avoid at all COST.

The entire staff was polite to me. I also appreciate the gentleman I spoke with squeezing me in the day of for an appointment. However, the quality dental care I received was very jarring. The instruments they use are old, and rusty. The suction used for my cleaning did not work, and I was chocking from the water overflowing from my mouth onto my clothing. The female dentist told me my radiographs came back fine, but I was still in pain after my cleaning and I don’t believe she really assessed the root of my issue. Even though the staff was friendly, I don’t recommend anyone come here based on the oral care I received.
