I am really not one to leave reviews, but I cannot even begin to express how wonderful Rachel, the hygienist, was during my visit today. She spent so much time not only working on my teeth but reviewing, modeling and providing feedback on what I needed to change regarding my daily oral care. I can’t thank her enough! Additionally, the office staff, Hannah and Tanya specifically, are so friendly and welcoming!

They're alright. They rush a bit on my diagnoses beyond fillings (ie root canals) but are keen on identifying problems that need fixing with my teeth. One concern was the billing arrangements, everything was very expensive ($1000 filling?? aren't those covered by MetLife?) and I think some of the expenses, to be passed on to me were incorrect-- so I need a second opinion/consultation. Still very good at determining the status of my teeth at the cleaning and consultation.

I am leaving this dentist office. I have had enough of being presented bills for more than the treatment should normally cost. It started when I was asked to pay $1,250 for a retainer once the Invisiline treatment was completed - after having been told that the cost of the treatment included everything, and having checked with my colleagues at work that it was included in their own quoted cost. Then it continued when the dentist I was seeing changed and the new one's first words were to tell me that I needed an Invisiline - when I had finished that treatment just a year ago with that same office... And now, to get crowns, they are asking me to pay $650 per tooth above the amount on my insurance's schedule. My new dentist is following exactly the insurance schedule...
