It is my luck to come across this clinic in the heart of downtown Manhattan. The facility is immaculate and well equipped with modern technology. Carmen at the front desk is a doll. She is not only professional but also very courteous and extremely helpful. Dr Hu who treated my condition has exceptional bedside manner. Very knowledgeable and skilled in her trade. And she does care about her patients. Together she and the dental assistant, Long helped me get through the in house procedure painlessly and efficiently! I cannot ask for a better dentist to work with. Thankyou you all so much for everything! B.X

This office's diligence in patient care and service caught a stroke my father was having in real time when he went in for a routine procedure. The nurse and doctor cheung noticed that he was not in a good health and the front desk staff made the appropriate calls to get him emergency care, saving his life. Without their help he would not be here today.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Yeh since 2022 and have had a great experience every time. I’ve had cleanings, fillings, and crowns done, and very satisfied with the quality of care and professionalism. The crown was done perfectly—it fits seamlessly and looks natural. Also, their charges are very reasonable. The team is professional, attentive, and always takes the time to answer my questions. Highly recommend.

First time here. My teeth cleaning with Dr. Sun felt very rushed compared to any other cleaning I’ve ever had (I’m very on top of my dental health & get cleanings twice a year!) —she was chill though & the nails were a serve LOL! BUT the dental assistant that worked at my station was sooooo ridiculous — he called my teeth “weird,” called my partial retainer “weird,” and asked two insensitive/ridiculous questions about my gender identity?? … dude needs some training in customer service at the LEAST… socialization & a few books for reading… PLEASE IM BEGGING!!! Access Dental people - if you are reading this, please help educate this man! Truly ruined the experience! Front desk staff were so sweet, though! :D

I had been with Dr. Yeh for over 2.5 years have no problem with him. Last month, I called to reschedule my regular cleaning dental cleaning. The front desk told me Dr. Yeh had been fired and recommended Dr. Amber Sun to me. I asked again if Dr. Yeh is no longer with Access Dental and she said yes. I went to my appointment with Dr. Sun. My teeth were completely healthy with no pain. I am still having my Invisalign. After the cleaning, she told me everything was fine but there were two teeth with dents (from brushing) and I asked if I want to do the filling at the spot. I was like does my insurance cover and she said yes without even attempting to go to check on the computer (which was super suspicious. She also did not even get the mirror to show me what she was talking about until I asked her to show me. She showed me one of the teeth. I let her go ahead and do the filling but later on when I got home I realized it was the Invisalign attachment (buttons) that was causing the dents. It was too late! Anyway, my teeth have been in pain because she drilled too deep and made the filling very thin that I could see my veins. I also had shown them to my orthodontist and another dentist. He said the fillings were done poorly and, besides them being too thin, there were excessive materials covering the gum which would not be healthy for my gum. It has been than a month and I still wake up in the middle of my sleep feeling the pain. It hurts when I eat anything even lukewarm stuff or even breath in air because of the thin fillings. The story does not end there. I called Access Dental Chinatown office to request for my X-ray and the names of the doctor. They emailed me and told me Dr. Yeh is still with them. I was like, "What???!!!!! Why did they front desk said he was fired??!!" They avoid to answer. I emailed them again and requested a call from the manager. Still waiting. I have really been traumatized by this place. I would avoid seeing Dr. Sun at all costs and I so wished that I did not let her touch my teeth. I am using the exact same email that I have been communicating with Access Dental FYI Access Dental.
