What can I say about Waters Place. I've been coming to this location when only Mercy College was there. Today I'm so happy to see so many businesses there. Ofcourse the original Mercy College is still there. Joining this location is many Montefiore Medical offices, Many other medical offices, Dentist, Eye Docs, Imaging, IRS, NYCHA, Dunkin Donuts, Chipotle, Hotel, Health Store, lots of parking and many many stores. Big improvement to the area that was once so empty and had a lonely feeling.
