I highly recommend Advanced Dental Arts for top-notch dentistry and exceptional patient care. I first visited several months ago and they are really helping with my oral care, including LANAP, improved gum health and a dental implant. They have a terrific team in place, led by Dr. Bertman. You can tell a lot by the energy of a place, and everyone here has made me feel comfortable and in good hands. In terms of perceived expertise and follow-up, I'd say they are definitely among the best out there. One gets the sense, not just from the name, but through the office's actions, that they are, in every sense, dental artists, taking the services they provide to a very high aesthetic level. And the rapidly improved state of my oral biome concurs. Shout out to dental hygienist, Tatyana. She is awesome!
Dr. Todd Bertman is the best dentist I’ve ever had! A literal dream dentist. He makes you feel comfortable from the very beginning and explains things as he goes. I recently started coming here for regular cleanings and I can't say enough great things about this place. From the front office team to the dental staff, everything is run very professionally. They have done 3D scans and X-Rays, of my teeth and go over their findings thoroughly to go over a care plan. I feel I am in the care of a team that genuinely cares for my overall oral health. I highly recommend this place to others looking for a reliable, transparent, friendly, and professional dental care.
Multi year patient who’s decided to leave the practice. While I think Dr. Bhatt is incredibly talented and good at her job, and the ladies at the front desk are super nice, the pricing here is astronomical. I had no idea Advanced Dental was charging $450 per cleaning until I was given a bill for a cleaning I’d had done 6 months prior after I had a root canal and had hit my yearly cap for dental care. They also told me my bottom gums are receding from my permanent retainer, never showed me how to floss between the retainer (which my next dentist did without prompting), and said the cost of removing the retainer might be high given it’s a “cosmetic procedure”. Additionally, the last cleaning I got here was done by a hygienist that was incredibly rushed and painful, she kept saying the whole time that she had “other patients to get to” because they were running behind. They also gave me a filling in one of my teeth closer to the front of my mouth and made the tooth considerably smaller than what it used to be (I didn’t notice until a few months later). Unless you’re coming here for cosmetic care, I wouldn’t recommend.
