I came here for my bi-annual cleaning and found Advanced Dental Arts NYC b/c of the great google reviews. My dental hygienist Mayra was fantastic and super friendly. Dr. Bertman was wonderful and addressed all of the questions/concerns I had. It was such a great experience I told my co-worker about this place who will most likely be coming here too! Dr. Todd Bertman is the best dentist I’ve ever had! A literal dream dentist. He makes you feel comfortable from the very beginning and explains things as he goes. Also excellent at his craft — truly elite. I normally dread going to the dentist, this was wonderful. Dr. Bertman made my whole week! Thank you
Amazing staff, the doctor was great and made me feel comfortable and the hygienist was very informative which I loved. A 10 out of 10 I recommend. The front desk receptionist Kyla is amazing she was the one who recommended this office to me and I’m so glad she did.
I highly recommend Advanced Dental Arts for top-notch dentistry and exceptional patient care. I first visited several months ago and they are really helping with my oral care, including LANAP, improved gum health and a dental implant. They have a terrific team in place, led by Dr. Bertman. You can tell a lot by the energy of a place, and everyone here has made me feel comfortable and in good hands. In terms of perceived expertise and follow-up, I'd say they are definitely among the best out there. One gets the sense, not just from the name, but through the office's actions, that they are, in every sense, dental artists, taking the services they provide to a very high aesthetic level. And the rapidly improved state of my oral biome concurs. Shout out to dental hygienist, Tatyana. She is awesome!
Terrific ambience & a very friendly empathetic staff. As an artist I appreciated the cool art around the office & art books in the waiting room. The doctor was efficient & patient & well informed. I look forward to the follow up appointment.The only not-so- wonderful part is …..the expense. As a person with a limited income that part was a shock. I do hope I/ we can figure out a way to continue with their excellent treatment.
