Previously, I was a patient of Better Smile of WNY on Abbott Rd in Orchard Park, where I received mediocre care and a bad filling (which later was removed and redone by Affordable General Dentistry & Implants). I left Better Smile for Affordable General, and I'm glad I did. Located on the first floor of a historic home in the Village of Hamburg, it's a relatively small dental practice that feels comfortable and provides courteous and professional dentistry. I've been in twice now for work on fillings and have had nothing but a positive experience each time.
I had a dentist appointment today and unfortunately my mom is sick so she couldn’t watch my daughter for me. It’s been a very long time since I’ve seen a dentist and I have painful cavities so I really didn’t want to cancel my appointment so I showed up with my daughter. They were extremely helpful and family friendly. Dr. Colon is very quick and definitely knows what he’s doing. I booked my next appointment for the next filling I have to get, so happy I finally found a good spot!
I like it here. It's clean, cozy and they're some very decent folks. And they're several steps above my last dentist. When I voiced my worries about the last extraction, they were patient and helped me through it well. And now it's healed up nicely. It's a relief to have found a dentist like Victor Colon. Hats off to the man.
I can think of no better way to spend a beautiful day then to relax and have my teeth cleaned. Nice old building to enjoy and cheerful service. Just sit back and watch years of plaque scraped effortlessly away.
