when I first came to this dentist I had a lot of pain broken teeth bad teeth but dr singh gave me the best and greatest care and new smile I recommend this place in astoria thanks dr singh

As a first-time client, it was disappointing to find the waiting area crowded due to the dentist being backed up. In situations like this, the office should proactively call patients with upcoming appointments to inform them of the delay—especially when it’s between 45 minutes to an hour. Telling patients they can either wait or walk around and that someone will call them isn’t helpful or reassuring.
If the dentist is running behind, there should be a system in place with enough staff to help manage patient flow and keep things on schedule. I ended up waiting an hour and 20 minutes after being taken into the exam room, which made the experience even more frustrating. This type of delay without proper communication doesn’t reflect well on the practice
Made me sit around for 3 hours before even starting to clean my teeth. They gave a crazy high price of 8k for my routine cleaning once I had already waited 3 hours. They had not done any tests, x-rays or even looked in my mouth and somehow came up with that price. I started walking out and then they wanted to negotiate a better price like they were a used car dealship. A complete con artist of a dentist.
Only giving 1 star , because the front desk receptionist is so damn rude. Why are you so bothered by what time i need to schedule my appointment. Over the phone their attitude is so rude and even in person her attitude was rude as well. They need to tell their receptionists to learn some empathy. smh
