I am a practicing dental hygienist for almost 25 years. I work for dr raj for 1day/ week. Recently dr raj did a root canal treatment and a crown for me. I had no pain during or after the RCT. And I am very happy with fit and finish of the crown (the lab did the crown on a 3D printer model of my tooth). I truly appreciate them when I am chewing my food. Thank you Dr. Raj.
I always have a great experience at B&B! I am typically a bit nervous before dental appointments, however the staff here always make me feel comfortable and eases my anxiety. They make it a point to take their time and are thorough. I will be coming back in the future!
Mind the change in ownership!! The new doctor is great, very professional, energetic/enthusiastic, and has thorough explanations. That last part is so important in the field when other providers don’t even tell you why things are being done. Highly recommend
Worst experience today. Have been a long time patient of B&B for several years now. I understand Dr. Pickler retired. First strike, the wait time was 2.5 hrs. I arrived on time for my appt. Seems like they are taking pts as they walk in and not honoring appts. The office was unbearably packed today. Seems like they are overbooking themselves which causes patients with scheduled appts longer wait times. Which is not fair at all. 2nd strike- parking was horrible and they are not opened on Saturdays any longer. 3rd and final strike- I needed a filling done and basically the new doctor told me he was too busy and by himself to do my filling. He suggested I should make another appt for next week. Wait what!!! I almost jumped out of the chair. After I just waited 2.5hrs for you. Unacceptable! Office seems in disarray since new management. I’ve been wanting to change for sometime due to travel distance for me, I guess here’s my chance. B&B is not what it use to be. New management needs to do better.
