I should have written this review a long time ago but I just have to say that BOA on 175th and Hillside have real gems in Deborah, Brenda, and Nadia. Anyone who has had to deal with grief and loss while also managing their loved ones' affairs know it's a stressful process. We really appreciated Deborah and Nadia's patience and thoroughness in helping us understand the process of opening, managing, and closing my grandmother's estate account. It was such a relief to have one less thing to worry about. Can't thank them enough.

This Branch is one of the worse probably in all NY. This place should close down for good. Drive through ATM is out of service almost every single day, same with those inside, besides that, alway is a homeless person smoking and bothering people compromising safety while us as a customer trying to conduct business. Don't apologize, fix this location as soon is posible or shut it down.
The clowns who work here deposited my check late that I paid my rent with on Friday and seems to have been delayed because of the holiday making me think that the first check didn't go through. I ended up having to give my landlord a second check and he deposited that so thanks to this garbage bank I ended up having to pay rent for the month twice and got an overdraft fee due to my bank account being underbalanced. I hope the Hispanic woman who was working that day gets fired for not alerting the holiday causing a delay to me and for causing this headache. There was no pending transaction even showed to my regular bank account
