It's always one problem or a next with this place I would not recommend.

I've been trying to reach this office since yesterday. No answer! Ridiculous. To add to the reply, I called the office today and verified your claim about being closed, your front desk stated you never was closed. He was a very nice front desk man. Being transparent is not your strong suit, nor arguing with patients. The comment below is very telling.

This place is a SCAMMMMMMMM!!! I called to have a wisdom tooth removed I got a referral from my DENTIST I get there and they’re trying to money grab for things that aren’t covered by my insurance! Telling me different thing I had to get done and trying to convince me to pay them 1200 for what isn’t covered by insurance! Scam and waste of time ! The dentist and all the dental assistant are in on it too they stand behind the doors to speak to you and try to convince you to pay this obsured amount or they can’t do any procedure on you I called and confirmed I could get this done then of course day of I get told a whole different thing DONT SUPORT THIS BUSINESS VERY SHADY!

My appointment was at 12:00, and I arrived on time. There were many patients, and the front desk staff told me there would be a long wait because the doctor was running behind. On top of that, there were no available seats in the waiting area. I asked how long the delay might be—30 minutes or an hour—and she said about an hour. So, I decided to leave for a bit and come back. I returned after 40 minutes, but I wasn’t seen until 2:00 p.m. The doctor’s assistant told me the front desk had marked me as having left, so they let two other patients go ahead of me—even though I had already come back and was waiting in the clinic. As someone who used to work in patient services, I know that if a patient steps out during a long wait, it’s part of our job to call them before skipping them. But that wasn’t the case here—I had already returned and was clearly in the clinic. Still, the front desk staff told them I had left. After all that, I was told my insurance didn’t cover the procedure. Again, based on my experience in healthcare, insurance coverage should always be verified before the patient even arrives. This is just my personal experience, but I would not recommend this clinic. It was completely unprofessional and a waste of people’s time.
