I did an abdominal ultrasound st the Fairview branch a day ago. I was sick and worried and so the courtesy of the staff, plus the professional competence exhibited and relationship that is quickly generated by the doctor helped. I could not help but compare the quality service I have received here to that experienced in other places both near and far. I even got a copy of my imaging results without asking or paying for one- can you believe that?! I would definitely recommend the facilities here to anyone. I certainly intend to repeat any other checkups there !👍🏻

I don't what's happening with this location but the workers (front desk) always have some type of attitude. This not my first time here, I am guessing something is happening internally and it comes off negatively through their customer service.

For foreigners : 150 USD to see the doctor... doctor seems nice but they charge insane amounts to anyone not from the island. Had to go again and they wanted another $150 even if the problem seemed the same and not fixxed, they rather turned me away then not to charge me again $150USD, not JMD. $300 to take a look at my ear. 120 to clean ear with a syringe. Though to rate because the doctor seems nice and knowledgeable, helped me out. The money makes it bad.

I made an appointment to see the Gynecologist I advised them prior that I needed to do a pap smear there procedure was not explained to me. I saw Dr Daley he was very professional he took the time out to provide me with the necessary information. I did a pap smear which I was advise I needed to bring the sample to the lab myself and pay $1500 out of pocket. I went the front desk and provided my health care to receptionist she was not polite at all she charged me for both an office visit and to see the gyno my out of pocket cost would have been $4000. I asked her to explain to me she got loud and started to consult with another receptionist an older women with gray hair. She said that was my cost I asked her why because my card covers $2800 for gyno. She ran my card first for $1500 Which I did not get a receipt to show it was reversed and then for $2800. I had to pay $2700 out of pocket plus visit the lab myself and pay for it. My advice to anyone visiting please double check the prices you're being provided. I have been to there other locations both Barnett street and Harbour street. This by far was my worst experience. That receptionist dark skin wear glasses late 30s medium build was very rude kept talking over me and would not take the time out to explain the information clearly.. I will never go back to that location.

First call bad experience. I called feb 10, 2023 to find out if should make an appointment to do an ultrasound. The lady was in so much hurry as if I was the one rushing the call. The attitude when I'm even asking a question like i should already know the answer. Not even the terms she couldn't explain. A no no for me.
