They will take care of you from dealing with insurance matters, appointment reminders and will assist you of all your concerns with utmost kindness and care from the day you get in touch with them til your scheduled procedure and recovery. This dental office totally cured my dental trauma. They responded to all my questions with all respect and urgency. I had my cleaning and periodontal procedures this year both in Manhattan and Queens and you’ll get same quality treatment. Their clinics are all well maintained. Edit: 2/19/25 going throgh a dental process and alll i can say is amazing, Dr. Rong & Dr. Kong have been doing an EXCELLENT job with my dental work so far im 100% satisfied!!! And i cannot forget jenny shes amazing polite courteous and always keeps me up to date with my payments and appointments!! Best dental office ever !!!

I had a great experience with Dr Kong and his office. They were able to turn my crooked smile straight even though I had a complex case. Pooja and the rest of the team were great.
I went in for a consultation regarding gum grafting and had a very positive experience overall. From start to finish, the process was incredibly smooth, and everyone I interacted with was kind, professional, and welcoming. The consultation was thorough, and everything was explained clearly, which I really appreciated. I also valued the upfront and transparent pricing.
The only concern I had was being told I would need a deep cleaning prior to the gum grafting, which differs from what my regular dentist has advised. Aside from that discrepancy, I was very happy with the level of care, communication, and overall service.
