It was an absolute pleasure to visit this office today, September 17 2025. From the moment I entered the facility, I was greeted with a warm welcome and professionalism that is rare in Jamaica. The ladies at the front desk are amazing.
The dentist who attended to me was Lois McHugh. She was very professional and pleasant. Same with her assistant. I must say this was the best cleaning experience I've had in years. I live in the US and I don't like the service I get there. It's all about money. I want to personally give give stars to Lois McHugh and her assistant. Extreme care was taken throughout my cleaning and examination. The hot facial towel at the end of my cleaning was top notch. I will definitely be visiting again.

Visited today with my 93 year old dad who is wheelchair bound. The service was excellent. From the first contact to book an appointment to the follow up calls to remind you of the appointment. Every step was professional with excellent customer services.
My dad was treated with respect. The dentist and associate explained to everything that needed to happened . The environment was clean and disabled friendly. A 5 star service
These people put up with my little brothers everytime and don't complain, that alone deserves 5 stars! They are very warm and friendly, I always enjoy my time here, their service is really good, I go to no other dental offices to be honest, simply because I don't want to. The dentists and hygienists are super nice and I love that they care about the relationships they have with their patients. It is actually because of this office, in particularly, a hygienist that works there, why I am studying to be a dental hygienist right now. I love dentistry and I want people to have the same experiences that I have here.
